Investor Relations Manager (10 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Contribute to the Group’s annual and interim results communications and capital markets day events.
• Manage sell-side coverage and market expectations through proactive communication with analysts.
• Support investor engagement programmes including roadshows, investor days, conferences, and capital markets events.
• Use shareholder analysis and investor intelligence to identify opportunities to deepen relationships and attract long-term shareholders.
• Prepare briefing materials for the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders ahead of results, meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Collate market feedback, investor insights, and competitor analysis for Board reports, strategy, and communications.

Requirements

• Strong numerical ability and understanding of financial statements, with the ability to review financial models and perform financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling messages.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external audiences, with the ability to command the confidence of executive management.
• A hands-on, collaborative, and proactive approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-performing, fast-paced team.
• Degree-educated.

Nice to have

• Experience in an established investor relations team, equity research, corporate broking, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related capital-markets or finance role.
• Deep accounting knowledge and understanding.
• Accounting qualification.
