Interim Director of Soccer Aid (Fundraising Campaigns)

Location: London, part home/part office based

Salary: Circa £105,000 per annum

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for Soccer Aid for UNICEF.
• Bring together hirify.global, Soccer Aid Productions, ITV, Initial, and commercial partners.
• Lead the campaign team and own financial performance.
• Build and manage high-profile partner relationships.
• Drive the successful delivery and continued development of the annual fundraising event.
• Grow the campaign’s income, reach, and impact for children.

Requirements

• Substantial senior strategic leadership experience, including Board-level exposure.
• A strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.
• Experience building relationships and negotiating with partners.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience developing high-profile partnerships.
• Experience delivering broadcast or large-scale public-facing fundraising campaigns.
