£150k–£200k base, up to 100% bonus, and a clear route into general management.

- You’ll be the CEO’s sparring partner on the group’s biggest priorities, expected to challenge as well as support
- No fixed brief: you’ll move between customer, tech and AI, operations and new markets as priorities shift
- A seat on the extended leadership team, with genuine access to the Exec Co
- Two to three years in the role, then a route into general management or senior leadership
