Asbestos Surveyor - West Midlands

Location: UK field based, with the role focused on the West Midlands and travel to client sites across the UK.

Salary: from £38,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle.

What you will do

• Conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials at client sites, primarily domestic properties.
• Record findings accurately according to job instructions and internal procedures.
• Assess asbestos risks and advise clients on removal or safe management.
• Support clients in maintaining legal and safety compliance.
• Work with clients and project teams to communicate findings, deliver reports on time, and resolve on-site issues.

Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying or P402 Qualification.
• At least 6 months of relevant asbestos surveying experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge, a safety-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently, travel, and work at client sites.
