Working Student – Procurement, Land Domain (m/f/d)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany.

What you will do

• Support the transition of projects from R&D into series procurement.
• Collect and maintain procurement data and prepare documentation for supplier negotiations.
• Create purchase orders and ensure that all required information is complete.
• Track open purchase orders, delivery dates, and outstanding supplier responses.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers and take responsibility for purchase orders.
• Coordinate with R&D, Logistics, and Production to support timely and transparent project handovers.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable subject.
• Available to work 20 hours per week for 12 months.
• Independent, accurate, reliable, structured, and analytical working style.
• Confident communication, proactive follow-up, and comfort coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge unclear information and drive open topics forward.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in procurement, supply chain management, or operational purchasing.
• Technical understanding and interest in complex products.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, as well as Jira and Microsoft 365.
