What you will do

• Map expert landscapes and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, suppliers, consultants, and other market participants.
• Source, screen, vet, and onboard high-value channel partners and customer experts through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build long-term relationships with channel sources and negotiate honoraria while balancing insight value and cost discipline.
• Create interview guides, coordinate sessions, monitor calls, troubleshoot technology, and capture real-time highlights.
• Conduct regular research to develop sector expertise and identify industry trends, demand signals, competitive dynamics, and purchasing behavior.
• Maintain accurate CRM and workflow records, uphold data-privacy and client-compliance standards, and improve talk tracks, sourcing tactics, and coverage playbooks.

Requirements

• Early-career profile with strong interest in investigative research, industry trends, and expert-driven market insight.
• Ability to manage fast-turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets, and prioritize multiple tasks autonomously.
• Creative problem-solving skills, adaptability, resilience, and comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong pattern-recognition skills and attention to detail, including the ability to identify and precisely document expert capabilities and experience against a defined scope.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging industry experts by phone and email.
• Goal-oriented approach focused on identifying and delivering suitable expert profiles quickly and efficiently.
• Team-first mentality and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
