Sr Principal Project Manager - AE (Semiconductor Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional, matrix teams delivering customer services engagements and technology initiatives.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including technical and commercial responsibility.
• Create, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, milestones, project health, status, and performance metrics.
• Drive deliverables within schedule and budget constraints while identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and resolving critical issues.
• Allocate and prioritize resources across engineering teams and coordinate with technical leads, account teams, sales, field, and services teams.
• Communicate technical and commercial status and negotiate with customers and hirify.global management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience driving tactical services engagements and initiatives involving specialized engineering requests, such as Analog, SoC, Verification, or Package/Board design.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, for customer engagements and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Strong background in IC design, SoC verification, RTL, or IP development.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
