Solution Architect (Power Platform/D365 CE)

What you will do

• Define target architectures and solution roadmaps for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, including cost, benefit, licensing, and adoption considerations.
• Own technical scope, estimates, assumptions, change control, quality gates, and non-functional requirements across multi-workstream programmes.
• Lead C-suite and business workshops, communicate risks and trade-offs, and coordinate partner and offshore delivery teams.
• Shape bids, statements of work, delivery plans, commercials, value cases, and phased roadmaps.
• Approve Azure integration, identity, security, data governance, environment topology, DLP, solution layering, CI/CD, and release standards.
• Support reporting and Copilot/AI assessments, establish operational documentation and support models, and mentor senior consultants.

Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of experience across consulting or enterprise delivery, with proven ownership of multi-workstream programmes and a prior architect title or clear equivalent.
• Excellent facilitation, executive communication, conflict resolution, and decision-paper skills.
• Experience with estimation, statements of work, margin awareness, and Dynamics 365/Power Platform licensing impacts.
• Strong Dataverse modelling, integration and security patterns, and non-functional design covering performance, availability, and accessibility.
• Experience with environment strategy, DLP, layered solutions, and release governance.

• Power Pages governance experience.
• Business intelligence experience for operational reporting.
• Regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with Scrum or Scaled Agile delivery.
