Senior ERPNext Functional Consultant (ERPNext/Frappe)

hirify.global runs its internal operations on ERPNext, implements ERPNext and Frappe applications for clients, and builds SaaS products on Frappe.

What you will do

• Discover the real business problem behind incomplete requests and document clear requirements.
• Prefer standard ERPNext features, configuration, and process changes over unnecessary customizations.
• Improve hirify.global’s internal ERP by moving spreadsheet, email, and chat-based work into ERPNext.
• Lead client discovery, demos, UAT, training, go-live, and pre-sales scoping and estimation.
• Drive adoption through user training, concise guides, and follow-up until legacy processes are replaced.
• Own master data, mappings, migrations, validation checks, and responsible AI use for decisions and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of ERPNext/Frappe project experience, including go-lives led independently.
• Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules, Frappe apps, and how they work together.
• Deep knowledge of the Frappe framework, including doctypes, custom fields, Customize Form, workflows, roles, user permissions, print formats, and reports, plus judgment about when to use each option.
• AI must already be part of daily work, with real examples such as a specification, decision, report, or improved process.
• Experience handling ERPNext/Frappe version upgrades, including upgrades such as v14 to v15 or v15 to v16, without breaking customizations.
• Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain trade-offs simply and guide stakeholders toward appropriate solutions.
• Active participation in the Frappe forum or GitHub, including helping others.

Nice to have

• Experience defining Frappe SaaS features such as subscriptions, billing, multi-tenancy, and APIs.
• Experience migrating data from Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zendesk.
• Experience integrating ERPNext or Frappe with third-party tools and platforms.
• Frappe School or ERPNext certification.
• Contributions to Frappe or ERPNext through pull requests, issues, apps, case studies, or blog posts.
