Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

What you will do

• Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
• Configure Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and related Power Platform components.
• Design integrations, data migration, security roles, workflows, and automation.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare solution documentation, and support testing and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance, review solution quality, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, security configuration, and solution management.
• Understanding of integration approaches, APIs, Azure services, and data migration.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for direct communication with international customers.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications.
• Field Service experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or multi-country implementations.
