SAP RE-FX Consultant Senior (Lease Management Migration)

What you will do

• Configure SAP RE-FX master data, including business entities, rental objects, and contracts, together with core lease management processes.
• Analyze existing Nakisa Lease Management processes and design target SAP RE-FX processes, identifying functional gaps and solutions.
• Lead lease contract data migration from Nakisa to RE-FX, including legacy data mapping, validation, and cutover execution.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications for user exits, enhancements, and custom developments, collaborating with ABAP developers.
• Support SIT and UAT through defect resolution and test script validation.
• Create training materials, conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training, and provide post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements

• Minimum [X] years of hands-on SAP RE-FX configuration and support experience, with deep knowledge of RE-FX master data and contract management.
• Full-cycle migration experience, specifically migrating lease data from external systems into SAP ECC.
• Strong understanding of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 Lease Accounting standards and their application within SAP RE-FX.
• Experience writing FRS/FS documents and working with ABAP developers on custom solutions.
• Experience managing SIT/UAT cycles and delivering effective user training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or strong functional knowledge of Nakisa Lease Management.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP RE-FX and FI, CO, and AA modules.
