Backend Developer (.Net Core) - Post Sales - Freelance (AI)

Location: Barcelona; hybrid workplace with up to 2 days at home

What you will do

• Develop new and redesign existing features for the Post Sales product, covering member data and settings, order delivery tracking, and support requests.
• Suggest product and technical improvements while keeping code clean and reviewing team members’ designs and merge requests.
• Ensure application reliability and scalability, meet production deadlines, and support production systems.
• Deploy to production through pipelines and monitor dashboards and logs.
• Provide product support, write technical documentation, and conduct technical interviews with prospective developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Proficiency with SQL databases, specifically MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Daily practical use of AI and experience building Agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud programming tools and willingness to extend cloud knowledge.
• Experience building APIs or other web services.
• Experience assuring code quality through unit and integration tests.
• Fluent English, an agile approach, and a result- and product-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Front-end experience, preferably with JavaScript.
• Experience coordinating small developer teams.
• Open-source contribution experience.
