Marketing Assistant - BOSS (Beauty)

Global beauty company operating a portfolio of more than 77 fragrance, colour cosmetics, and skin and body care brands across over 150 countries.

What you will do

• Support management of the Hugo Boss brand across the UK and Ireland.
• Execute 360 marketing plans, including media activity, asset production, and post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor brand and portfolio performance, trends, competitors, promotions, point of sale, and advertising activity.
• Coordinate with local and global marketing, sales, supply, e-commerce, and external agency teams.
• Audit and update brand content on retailer websites and develop sampling strategies for product launches and key consumption periods.
• Maintain budget files, raise purchase orders, support invoice queries, and distribute product samples to marketing, sales, and PR teams.

Requirements

• Passion for the beauty industry and current beauty trends.
• Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines and as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
