Security Architect with AI focus

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €6,378–€8,504 per month for a 36-hour working week

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Group Security Architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive the Cyber Defence Architecture, covering monitoring, detection, response, threat intelligence, and automation.
• Shape the AI Security Architecture and define principles, standards, controls, and guidelines.
• Advise technology and business stakeholders on AI-related risks, governance, regulatory requirements, and architecture.
• Identify security capabilities, products, and services that enable secure AI adoption across NN Group.
• Support DevOps teams in designing secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-native and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable field with a focus on AI and Cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture and a strong background in security architecture methodologies such as SABSA.
• Experience with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements for data and AI; financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience securing Azure or AWS platforms, including identity, data, API, and platform security for AI workloads.
• Experience securing AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model training, inference, data leakage, model abuse, and adversarial threats.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, including the ability to advise senior and C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CISSP-ISSAP or CCSP certification.
• Experience working in financial services.
