Senior Product Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089

Salary: $174,138–$234,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery with business, UX, and engineering teams, assessing feature value, usability, and feasibility.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate detailed product specifications, business rules, user flows, and related design deliverables.
• Develop and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap using customer feedback, usage data, and competitive analysis.
• Build and evaluate business cases for product investments and support implementation, launch, adoption, and post-launch validation.
• Coordinate training materials and user enablement, manage feedback cycles, and define and improve key product metrics.
• Provide expert guidance and align cross-functional efforts with customer and business needs; the position does not supervise employees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of product management experience; OR bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of these fields plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s product management experience.
• Experience managing product roadmaps based on customer and business needs, feature prioritization, and ROI.
• Experience performing Agile ceremonies using Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating cross-functionally using Microsoft Office, including experience with design tools for communicating requirements to designers.
• Experience using testing tools and methodologies for iterative functional product testing.
• Experience planning projects based on the Product Development Life Cycle, conducting competitive assessments and product-market-fit analysis through market research.
• Experience performing qualitative and quantitative product analysis using Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management processes, technical system architecture, and product integrations.
• Any amount of experience with the required skills will be accepted.
