Senior Product Manager (Next Gen Retail)

Location: Onsite in Sunnyvale, California, United States.

Salary: USD 145,000–203,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end user experience for single- and multi-location operators, balancing merchant flexibility with intuitive workflows.
• Translate merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap.
• Define key performance metrics and use product analytics to guide feature iterations.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to build, launch, and scale features.
• Communicate product strategy, technical trade-offs, and business outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Core POS, retail, and multi-location products.
• Domain expertise in retail POS workflows, inventory setup, catalog management, multi-location management, order management, warehouse, and OmniCommerce.
• Bachelor's degree.
