Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role at the Wrocław site, Poland

Salary: PLN 89,880–143,808 per year

What you will do

• Support standard product costing, cost allocations, inventory valuations, and analysis of purchase price, material usage, labor, and overhead variances.
• Monitor product and customer profitability, support baseline pricing and margin analysis, and load and reconcile data in corporate reporting tools such as HFM.
• Support month-end close under US GAAP and Local GAAP, including General Ledger postings, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany settlements.
• Gather documentation for statutory compliance, statutory audits, and local tax reporting with external advisors.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, rolling projections, financial modeling for local business cases, CAPEX requests, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Foundational understanding of product costing, inventory accounting, and general accounting principles under Local GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, core formulas, and data management.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP, or corporate reporting tools such as HFM.
• Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication across Operations, Supply Chain, and Shared Service Centers.

Nice to have

• Pursuing professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA.
• Knowledge of French or German.
