What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, define requirements, and provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies for varied, specialized, and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offers, and hiring process coordination.
• Build talent pipelines, evaluate candidate qualifications and fit, and maintain high-quality candidate slates.
• Partner with hiring leaders and stakeholders on recruitment updates, diversity, talent attraction, and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance, service-level, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, staffing agency, or search environment.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other talent acquisition tools.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM platforms, and social media recruiting tools.
• Strong consultation, influencing, stakeholder management, organization, time management, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required.
• Strong self-discipline, accountability, ownership, and independence while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for professional, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience recruiting across LATAM markets and working with hiring leaders and candidates from multiple countries.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Portuguese proficiency.
