Senior Software Engineer (React)

Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716, United States; onsite.

Salary: $129,314.00–$180,000.00 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the work of groups of four to six engineers, including offshore associates, by providing direction, documentation, examples, and feedback.
• Lead design and code reviews and identify short- and long-term technical solutions and timelines.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues, coordinate support teams, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
• Support business users by addressing technical feasibility, implementation strategies, questions, and issues.
• Lead discovery and delivery for medium to large projects, including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, bug fixing, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide project leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, support delivery planning, and ensure timely hand-offs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of software engineering or related experience; or bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of such experience.
• Experience designing and implementing mobile applications with React Native.
• Experience developing single-page applications with React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with unit testing using Jest and Enzyme.
• Experience using Redux for state management and CI/CD for application delivery.
• Experience consuming APIs and testing against mocks, configuring logging and performance monitoring, and setting up linting, Flow, and Storybook.
• Any amount of experience with the required skills will be accepted.
