Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager (Cloud Marketplace)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year; the offered salary may vary based on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve operational processes across hyperscaler cloud marketplaces.
• Manage the end-to-end Private Offer process, coordinate stakeholders, remove sales-cycle bottlenecks, and support timely deal closure.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on marketplace capabilities, integrations, APIs, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Establish documentation, controls, ownership, escalation paths, and operational metrics.
• Translate hyperscaler marketplace changes into actionable business and technical requirements and lead additional Cloud Operations programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, program management, business operations, product operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with private offers and enterprise marketplace transactions.
• Experience with marketplace APIs, integrations, listings, fulfilment, billing, entitlement, or subscription lifecycle management.
• Experience in enterprise software sales or cloud partner ecosystems.
• Product Management or Product Operations experience.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud certification.
