Events and Experiences Leader (Health and Wellness)

Location: San Francisco; Remote. Remote role with in-person event delivery; relocation to the United States is supported for the right candidates.

What you will do

• Shape the events program with Brand, defining audiences, occasions, formats, and each event's role in the wider brand plan.
• Develop concepts, programs, guest journeys, invitations, environments, hospitality, and follow-up for signature experiences, intimate gatherings, community formats, and launches.
• Own production, including budgets, timelines, run-of-show plans, contingency planning, venue and partner sourcing, and vendor management.
• Coordinate guests, hosts, speakers, collaborators, and internal teams across partnerships, community, and marketing.
• Lead on-site delivery, resolve problems quickly, and protect the guest experience.
• Extend event impact through content and social, maintain guest relationships, and use attendance, feedback, engagement, costs, and business outcomes to improve future formats.

Requirements

• Personally led consumer-brand events or experiential programs from concept through delivery.
• Examples of distinctive experiences, including the idea, personal role, production decisions, and outcome.
• Strong creative taste and attention to guest-facing details.
• Confidence managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and multiple moving parts.
• Ability to build productive relationships with creative partners, venues, hosts, and internal teams.
• Calm, practical judgment when plans change and ability to lead a team through event delivery.
• Interest in health, culture, and building communities people want to return to.
• Must be available to be present for event delivery.

• Experience with member communities, wellness experiences, launches, or partnerships.
