Lean Portfolio Manager (AI)

Salary: $132,232–$176,310, $138,844–$185,124, or $145,456–$193,940 annually, depending on state

What you will do

• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, roadmapping, and operating rhythms across Product Infrastructure.
• Facilitate executive portfolio reviews, investment recommendations, strategic trade-off analysis, and decision support.
• Coordinate business-case inputs, risk assessments, financial assumptions, NPI governance, and benefits realization.
• Provide portfolio oversight for complex enterprise programs and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, constraints, and resource requirements.
• Establish repeatable portfolio practices, standards, templates, methodologies, KPI dashboards, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefings, leadership presentations, portfolio reviews, and materials for executive leadership, SteerCo, the Board, and operating reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen, including coordinating investment inputs, validating assumptions and financial impacts, and translating analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience enabling executive leadership through strategic planning, portfolio governance, executive reporting, decision support, and portfolio operating rhythms; the role does not own day-to-day operational management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct organizational authority.
• Expertise in portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical judgment, and ability to translate complex information into executive-ready insights.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, SaaS, networking, or related industries.
• PfMP, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with business-case governance, financial inputs, investment analysis, product lifecycle management, and NPI governance.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Clarity PPM, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Microsoft Copilot, and executive reporting tools.
• Executive presentation development, storytelling, organizational change management, and operational transformation experience.
