International Finance Program Management (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office attendance.

Annual salary: €170,000–€220,000 EUR.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of international entity set-ups, prioritizing work, aligning resources, and maintaining delivery accountability across Finance.
• Design lightweight governance practices covering project intake, status reporting, risk management, escalation, portfolio visibility, and entity infrastructure tracking.
• Coordinate Finance Operations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Finance Systems, Legal, People Operations, functional owners, and external advisers.
• Track entity finance set-up and go-live readiness, including bank accounts, tax registrations, intercompany agreements, bank mandates, payroll, Workday, accounting systems, first payroll, month-end close, and payroll tax or VAT filings.
• Support compliance coordination, vendor delivery, statements of work, partner accountability, change management, training, communications, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate AI automation initiatives, including Claude-powered use cases, and track their integration with the Finance roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, including at least 3 years in finance or accounting.
• Hands-on experience managing complex entity set-ups, international expansion programs, or multi-country roll-outs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different finance domains while maintaining attention to detail and the broader picture.
• Experience building trusted relationships across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and People Operations.
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks that provide accountability without excessive overhead in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills, including the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar, plus entity management tools and portfolio dashboards.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, maintain delivery and deadline focus, and build scalable processes for rapid organizational growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice to have

• Background in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A, including understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance workflows.
• Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience working in high-growth technology companies.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Project management qualification.
• Interest in or experience with AI-powered automation applied to finance processes.
