Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: United States (Remote) or Canada (Remote)

Salary: $184K–$250K annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own the design of developer workflows for testing, evaluating, and observing AI agents, including simulations, evaluations, logs, and agent insights.
• Turn complex real-time data into interfaces that are easy to scan, understand, and act on.
• Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows where agents generate initial drafts and humans refine them.
• Prototype in code and collaborate closely with engineers to ship polished products.
• Contribute patterns to a design system for dense, debugging-oriented surfaces.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience.
• Experience shipping design work for developer tools, observability, or data-heavy products.
• Strong data-visualization instincts, including judgment about when to use charts versus tables.
• Comfort with code, including reading pull requests, tweaking Tailwind, and building prototypes.
• Ability to earn the trust of deeply technical users and engineers.
• Experience designing for AI or agent tooling.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, execution speed, attention to detail, polish, quality, and ability to learn quickly.
