What you will do

• Write test plans, cases, and scripts from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman in CI/CD.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, Section 508, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix and log defects in VA tools.
• Report test results and coverage to support release readiness.

Requirements

• Mid-level candidates must have 5+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years of test automation.
• Journeyman candidates must have 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience creating test plans, cases, and scripts from user stories, plus defect management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

Nice to have

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman in CI/CD.
• Requirements traceability experience with Jira Xray or VA Quality Manager.
• Section 508 testing and UAT support.
• ISTQB Agile Tester certification.
• Section 508 Trusted Tester certification.
