SQA Automation Engineer (AI)

Salary: $88,600–$118,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, track, and help resolve defects with development teams.
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks and tools.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable product-quality insights.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and participate in test planning, execution, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software quality assurance experience focused on test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, or similar automation tools.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or a comparable language.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or load testing tools.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
