What you will do

• Develop functional testing scenarios, detailed test cases, test data, procedures, and testing scripts for Salesforce-based systems and integrated applications.
• Build, lead, and deliver test plans, estimates, strategies, and hands-on testing activities.
• Execute tests, log and validate defects, debug issues, document results, and maintain DSTRs.
• Define testing effort, refine functional testing approaches, tools, automation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with federal and contractor functional leads, support User Acceptance Testing, and respond to developer questions.
• Manage deadlines and communicate with customers and team members in a fast-paced federal environment.

Requirements

• 10 years of IT industry experience.
• Hands-on experience testing and overseeing testing of Salesforce-based systems.
• Experience with Agile methodology and exposure to Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile SDLC models.
• Ability to read functional and technical architecture design documents and analyze test requirements.
• Experience testing Java, .NET, web, SOA, and ETL-based applications, with some Java development experience.
• Strong SQL, Oracle, and MS-Access skills.
• Intermediate understanding and experience with Unix and Windows.
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and the ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
