Software Developer (Python/.NET)

Location: In-office in Brisbane, Australia

Salary: AUD 120,000–150,000 per annum

hirify.global is hiring software developers to build and maintain customer, CRM, network, and operational systems.

What you will do

• Build and extend the customer portal and API services.
• Design and maintain carrier, network, and cloud integrations.
• Build automation and agent-based tooling for operations.
• Extend and modernise the CRM, including workflows and integrations with the wider platform.
• Help shape the future evolution of the CRM and deliver features from design through production.

Requirements

• Senior-level commercial experience with Python 3 and/or C#/.NET.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, integrations, and relational databases.
• Comfort working in Linux.
• Sound judgement about trade-offs and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI coding tools.

Nice to have

• Django, FastAPI, or Vue experience.
• Experience modernising legacy .NET Framework systems.
• Salesforce integration experience.
• Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, or MCP.
• Telco or networking experience, including nbn wholesale, Juniper, or NetBox.
• Docker, CI/CD, or Ansible experience.
