Senior CSA Estimator

Location: Remote; estimating roles listed for New York, NY; Bridgeport, CT; Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; Raleigh, NC; and Vancouver, BC.

Salary: $109,000–$140,000 annually, depending on skill set, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop estimate plans and coordinate estimate development with project teams.
• Lead the development of total project estimates.
• Prepare project Bases of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analyses.
• Recommend cost contingencies to project teams.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems of varying complexity in line with project objectives and organizational guidelines.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for estimating.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of estimating experience with increasing scope and responsibility in a construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• A degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or progress toward completing one of these qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.
