Sr Contract Manager - OPS (Fiber Network)

Salary: $84,629–$112,838; $88,860–$118,480; or $93,092–$124,122 depending on location

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate right of way agreements with private companies, landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Review title information, surveys, maps, and related documents to determine property ownership and encumbrances.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to complete agreements accurately and on time.
• Manage agreement status and performance, including payments, renewals, amendments, terminations, and disputes.
• Maintain right of way databases and records, prepare reports for management and clients, and create document turnover packages.
• Serve as the main point of contact for major underlying rights providers and mentor, train, and direct other contract managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 7 years of relevant experience in contract management, right of way acquisition, or land administration.
• Relevant degree fields include business, law, real estate, financial management, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of right of way acquisition and management principles and practices, including legal, regulatory, and environmental aspects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software applications.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in telecommunications, outside plant design, construction, or network planning.
