Director, Supply Chain Management (Hybrid) (Clinical Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, primary location West Point, Pennsylvania, United States. The posting is for residents of the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico; no relocation is offered. Travel requirements: 10%.

Base salary: $173,200–$272,600 per year in the primary location, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Define and improve KPIs for the Global Clinical Supply end-to-end supply chain planning organization.
• Establish KPI definitions, data sources, reporting cadences, and governance routines with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop planning principles for siting, capacity, portfolio prioritization, raw materials, packaging, labeling, and global release planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality, Operations, external partners, and other functions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on planning standards, scenario planning, governance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior staff, support onboarding and training, and contribute to change management.

Requirements

• BS with at least 10 years of experience, MS with at least 8 years, or PhD with 6 years, or equivalent experience in a scientific, business, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of clinical supply chain management and planning, logistics, operations, production planning, materials procurement, pharmaceutical packaging, and supply chain processes.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, critical thinking, and strategy development skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment without direct authority.
• Experience driving process improvements, process harmonization, transformation initiatives, and project planning or leadership.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and expectation management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Knowledge of EU regulations and quality oversight.
