Field Product Engineer (Identity Verification)

What you will do

• Build expertise in hirify.global’s identity verification tools, workflows, and APIs.
• Configure, test, and refine customer solutions with guidance from experienced teammates.
• Prepare tailored technical demonstrations and proofs of concept with Sales and Solutions Engineering.
• Support customer onboarding, answer technical questions, and investigate technical challenges.
• Create documentation, guides, and examples for customers and teammates.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and help develop resources for the growing UK team.

Requirements

• Early-career profile: typically 0–1 years of professional experience; no previous full-time experience is required. Relevant internships, coursework, hirify.globall projects, recent graduation, or career-change experience are accepted.
• Interest in how software works and a foundation in APIs, web development, scripting, or querying data through study, projects, or work.
• Clear communication, including explaining ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and adapting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in understanding customer goals and the practical impact of technical solutions.
• Resourcefulness, organisation, investigation skills, follow-through, and willingness to ask for help.
• Growth mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to collaborate with people with different perspectives and expertise.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience building something with an API or using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or Ruby.
• Experience presenting a project, giving a demonstration, or helping someone solve a technical problem.
• Interest in identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance.
