Senior Product Engineer

hirify.global provides a platform connecting researchers and companies with a global participant pool to collect ethically sourced human behavioral data for AI development and research.

What you will do

• Build, plan, and support customer-facing software as part of a cross-functional, stream-aligned product team.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, designers, tech leads, engineers, customers, and teams outside product engineering.
• Work across the software lifecycle from code commit through production operation with a “You Build It, You Run It” mindset.
• Support production systems using monitoring tools such as Datadog and improve system observability and stability.
• Work across AWS, GCP, and Azure using agile development practices and a product mindset.
• Contribute to engineering culture, continuous improvement, and product decisions focused on customer value and user impact.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern web applications and experience building TypeScript/JavaScript applications.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Python.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
• Experience with AWS serverless and/or GCP, plus willingness to work across major cloud providers including Azure.
• Understanding of test automation and driving quality into code.
• Experience supporting production applications and applying observability practices in a full-stack environment, including RUM and tracing.
• Experience working collaboratively with strong engineering practices.
• Product lifecycle awareness, customer-value focus, and an understanding of continuous, iterative improvement driven by data and feedback.
• Passion for software development and willingness to learn and improve.
