hirify.global operates a Tribal Career Development Program for Seminole Tribe of Florida members within a gaming organization.

What you will do

• Direct the Tribal Career Development Program and collaborate with the Senior Vice President of People and Inclusion on strategy, planning, and implementation.
• Assess program needs, identify gaps, and build or refresh development systems, processes, curriculum, and learning resources.
• Serve as liaison between participants, properties, and departments, supporting participant growth and departmental mentoring.
• Lead participant education, training, mentoring, career advancement, and corrective counseling.
• Market the program through community outreach, social media, newspapers, and community meetings to recruit trainees.
• Maintain ethical conduct, comply with Gaming Commission regulations and departmental policies, and report suspected illegal or unethical activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience crafting or leading a professional development program.
• Experience with Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Proven communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and manage situations promptly.
• Dedication, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Preference is given to Seminole Tribe members; Native American Preference Policy also gives second preference to members of other federally recognized Native American tribes who meet the requirements.
• Employment requires obtaining gaming licensure through a Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations background check, which may include credit and criminal background checks.
