Systems Training Specialist II (Casino Systems)

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada; Las Vegas residents only. Remote work and relocation are not available. Travel may reach 50–75% or be required by business needs, including trips to casinos and trade shows.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training for customers and employees using adult learning principles and instructional techniques.
• Train users on SYNKROS features, enhancements, upgrades, related Konami products, supported workflows, and casino operations.
• Serve as Lead Trainer for assigned projects and coordinate training during installations, conversions, upgrades, and other implementation activities.
• Plan and manage training engagements, including scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, equipment readiness, and customer communication.
• Develop and maintain training materials, curricula, job aids, documentation, training databases, environments, and peripherals.
• Support user adoption, release readiness, product demonstrations, UAT, certification, onboarding, cross-training, and resolution of training-related questions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of training and casino operations experience.
• Hands-on or working knowledge of casino operations in Cage, Slots, Table Games, Marketing, or Player’s Club.
• Ability to develop and critique training documentation and performance in a professional environment.
• Professional and efficient verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport if required for business travel.
• Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work onsite, remain seated at a computer terminal for extended periods, handle repetitive keyboard, mouse, and telephone use, and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
