Investment Banking Analyst II Debt Capital Markets

Location: In office four days per week; based in Boston or Charlotte, United States.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Evaluate and execute investment transactions, including M&A, securities issuance, and capital restructuring.
• Support leverage finance transactions from origination through closing.
• Prepare financial analysis reports for investment transactions.
• Create pitch materials, board and management presentations, memorandums, and road show presentations.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently and interact with senior professionals, client management teams, private equity investment teams, internal groups, and legal counsel.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Big 4 Deals Advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Ability to generate ideas and execute them successfully as part of a dynamic team.
• 40+ hours per week and in-office work four days per week.
