Global Capital Markets Relationship Manager II (Capital Markets)

Salary: $93,800–$156,300 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts with moderate to significant complexity and risk.
• Monitor account systems, databases, controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and transaction activity.
• Review and analyze legal documents and agreements, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, counsel, attorneys, and other service partners.
• Research and resolve operational, control, and client-service issues while maintaining customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Work with external parties and internal partners to structure and close transactions, participate in client meetings and sales calls, and prepare fee proposals and transaction documentation.
• Identify revenue opportunities, support product and process development, lead projects when assigned, and mentor less experienced associates when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets; or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of this client service experience.
• High proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
• Prior experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Prior experience calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects.
