What you will do

• Support the evolution and positioning of the LPL Research brand through integrated marketing and communications initiatives.
• Lead social media strategy, content development, and performance optimization for Research thought leadership.
• Develop articles, videos, webinars, podcasts, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content with Research analysts.
• Support annual and midyear outlooks, market updates, webinars, and advisor education programs.
• Collaborate with digital, PR, creative, and business stakeholders on integrated campaigns.
• Measure content and campaign performance and recommend ways to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, social media, or financial services marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Resourceful, collaborative, enthusiastic, and positive approach.

Nice to have

• Experience developing social media, financial services marketing, and thought leadership strategies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Experience with content platforms and other marketing tools.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
