Clinical Success Manager (Generative AI)

Location: Remote - Tier 1, with compensation tiers based on different U.S. geographic locations.

Salary: $120,700–$162,680 base compensation, plus equity and a tier-dependent bonus of $24,140–$32,536.

What you will do

• Lead clinician enablement sessions, staff and leadership presentations, and adoption collateral.
• Support training tailored to federal clinical workflows and audiences across deployments.
• Support implementation for new and scaling sites, helping launches succeed and utilization grow.
• Build relationships with clinical champions and provide workflow and product support to clinicians.
• Monitor product performance, surface clinical issues and feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal teams on improvements.
• Track utilization and related metrics, report delivered value, and drive clinical success outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a clinician, including MD, DO, PA, or NP experience.
• Experience with EHR documentation and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows.
• Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships from front-line staff to executives.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to solve problems and create new opportunities for clinicians.

Nice to have

• Federal clinical practice or clinical informatics experience, ideally across federal and commercial healthcare environments.
• Clinical leadership, education, or training experience.
