Account Manager (Health Insurance)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; full-time onsite work required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff members, and large insurance carriers.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate daily communication across varied stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement, renewals, and efforts to mitigate churn.
• Prepare reports and handle phone, email, and in-person client communication accurately and on time.
• Help improve internal resources and efficiency while contributing ideas that advance health insurance services.
• Travel approximately 2–5 days per year as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role within the health insurance industry.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships while driving engagement and renewals and mitigating churn.
• Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers.
• Exceptional communication skills; strong organization, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to self-direct.
• Ability to work positively and independently within a team-based environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship from hirify.global now or in the future.
