Sr. Director, Project & Development Services

Location: Remote, California, USA or Seattle, Washington, USA

Salary: $195,500.00–$230,000.00 annually plus a 30% bonus

What you will do

• Lead the project management service line for a designated regional portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients.
• Manage project budgets, monthly forecasts, cash flow analysis, anticipated cost reports, and other client financial reporting.
• Oversee the design, planning, construction, and capital improvement programs for projects across multiple sites.
• Lead, develop, motivate, and performance-manage project management staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Manage client relationships, resolve escalated issues, oversee vendors and consultants, and support contract negotiations.
• Manage service-line resources, recruitment and retention, project risks, liabilities, contractual deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, and applicable project technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of management experience.
• Advanced project management skills and expertise in the project management business.
• Expertise in client relations, client management, and consulting.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or practice area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and processes related to corporate real estate, design, and construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project.
