What you will do

• Sort, code, match, and process invoices.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate invoices, overbilled purchase orders, and credit-related issues.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing, including verifying service periods for specified vendor types.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly growing company.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic, hands-on mindset.
