737 Simulator Instructor Part-Time

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; onsite at the hirify.global training center. Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.

What you will do

• Deliver initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent 737 flight and ground-school training in accordance with FAA, Transport Canada, and hirify.global policies.
• Provide flight training under the hirify.global 14 CFR 142 Manual and maintain instructor proficiency under 14 CFR 142 requirements.
• Document all required training and checks accurately and on time.
• Promote crew resource management principles and adapt training to diverse customer needs.
• Complete daily pre-training checks and support flight-training administration as assigned.

Requirements

• Authorization to live and work in the United States.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate with a 737 type rating.
• At least two years of experience in an FAA Part 121 program.
• At least one unrestricted PIC type rating, with no limitations other than circling approach and no SOE limitations.
• Completion of initial instructor/evaluator training requirements before initial accreditation.
• Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends, with availability for 10–12 days per month.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• PC skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access; iPad skills with ForeFlight, Safari, and simultaneous multi-application navigation.
• Fluency in English; professional character, attention to detail, customer commitment, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to meet the listed physical demands, including prolonged standing or sitting, climbing ladders or stairs, working in confined spaces, and occasionally moving objects up to 20 pounds.
