Fleet Technical Instructor

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $6,331.50 per month; starting hourly rates are subject to the collective bargaining agreement. The position is also bonus eligible through profit sharing.

What you will do

• Instruct pilots in training on aircraft systems through classroom instruction.
• Provide training using aircraft fixed-base flight simulation devices.
• Validate satisfactory completion of ground training and other training modules.
• Contribute to courseware development and perform other training-related duties.
• Complete project work and related administrative functions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to speak publicly and convey information in an organized manner.
• Ability to describe and discuss complex technical ideas and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS platforms.
• Ability to complete administrative functions in conjunction with instructional duties in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work flexible hours ranging from 0400 to 0200, seven days a week.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of an interview.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
