Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Consumer (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $126,000–$216,000 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead consumer engagement and growth strategy across Services and Restaurants, Food & Nightlife.
• Own seasonal, thematic, and always-on campaigns across email, push, and in-product channels.
• Develop paid and organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Set the creative direction for growth campaigns and build scalable creative systems with design and production partners.
• Turn cultural trends, reviews, photos, videos, and community voices into timely, trust-building marketing.
• Lead growth experiments, measurement, segmentation, optimization, and the use of AI tools to improve insights, workflows, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, focused on engagement among existing users, plus experience driving awareness and consideration.
• Experience building and scaling measurable campaigns across owned channels such as email, push, and in-product placements.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Braze for campaign execution and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on paid and organic social marketing experience, including channel-native content, creator- or UGC-driven creative, and platform best practices.
• Strong creative judgment and experience leading creative development from brief to launch, supported by a portfolio of breakthrough campaigns.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, consumer behavior, and brand trust, with the ability to act quickly on cultural moments.
• Experience integrating user-generated content and community voices into marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, prioritization, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including presenting complex concepts to executives and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI in growth marketing and creative development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to independently create high-quality assets using design or AI tools.
• Hands-on experience applying AI solutions in growth marketing workflows.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace, consumer technology, or local services.
