Technical Recruiter, Environmental Health & Safety

Location: Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area); full-time onsite work required. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen applicants and source both active and passive candidates for mission-critical roles.
• Evaluate candidates, recommend finalists, and participate in interviews alongside hiring teams.
• Give candidate tours and coordinate the onsite interview experience.
• Manage offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiation, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or an associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Hawthorne, CA.
• U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the authorizations required under U.S. export regulations.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, including recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials or software engineering, environmental health and safety, construction, or physical security.
• In-house, high-volume, skilled-labor, and full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data and distinguishing top talent within a field.
• Expertise in cold calling, networking events, industry-expert outreach, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Experience working directly with director- and VP-level technical leaders.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, judgment, multitasking, initiative, and independent execution skills.
