Staff Enterprise Architect (Digital and Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead architectural direction for assigned business, foundational, platform, or shared enterprise capabilities.
• Translate business strategy into target-state architectures, actionable technology roadmaps, and modernization plans.
• Assess emerging technologies and platform options, balancing business value, technical fit, security, reliability, scalability, risk, and cost.
• Guide architecture and integration across digital channels, marketing, mobile, web, and enterprise platforms to support omnichannel experiences and reliable customer data flows.
• Establish system boundaries, architectural standards, reference patterns, and implementation guidance while influencing stakeholders and mentoring engineers and technical leads.
• Support digital discoverability and AI-enabled commerce patterns, including content rendering, structured data, SEO, GEO, AEO, conversational experiences, and WebMCP.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technology-related field, including prior lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of systems design and experience architecting and implementing large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities into target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, resolve architectural tradeoffs, and communicate complex technical decisions to business and executive audiences.
• Ability to maintain attendance and scheduling requirements, follow company policies and dress-code requirements, complete training, use a personal computer, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor activities across business units and complete or oversee assigned projects on time.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of hirify.global technology capabilities.
• Experience modernizing complex application ecosystems through platform consolidation, incremental migration, and technical-debt reduction.
• Experience architecting marketing technology capabilities such as CMS, DAM, CDP, personalization, experimentation, and analytics.
• Experience designing cloud-native customer-facing platforms, event-driven architectures, and containerized services.
