Enterprise Architect – Hybrid Cloud Architecture

Location: Barcelona, Spain; partially remote. Other location: Madrid, Spain. Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead hybrid cloud transformation strategies and complex infrastructure modernization programs for strategic enterprise clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, aligning technology investments with business objectives and leading strategic assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop solutions, proposals, pre-sales activities, and go-to-market initiatives to support business growth.
• Govern cloud and infrastructure programs across delivery, operational excellence, security, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
• Define architecture standards and collaborate with sales, consulting, delivery, and technical teams on differentiated solutions.
• Mentor technical talent and provide infrastructure guidance while identifying emerging technology trends and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Transformation, or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong experience designing and leading complex infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading client engagements, executive-level discussions, strategic technology assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
• Track record in solution development, proposal leadership, pre-sales activities, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, including trusted relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex programs, multiple priorities, cross-functional teams, dynamic environments, and multiple vendors.
• Broad understanding of Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, Networking, Security, Middleware, Databases, and Business Resilience technologies.
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture, Virtualization and Software-Defined Infrastructure, Linux and Windows platforms, storage, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, networking, security, connectivity services, enterprise databases, middleware, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization.

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Experience with AI-ready Infrastructure and High-Performance Computing environments.
• Industry-recognized certifications in Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise Infrastructure, or Architecture, including VMware by Broadcom, Red Hat, Nutanix, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other leading technology providers.
• Additional certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, Security, Networking, Storage, or Infrastructure Technologies.
