Continuous Process Improvement Sr Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Alpharetta office, USA; 50–70% travel.

Salary: $109,400–$258,500 annually across applicable U.S. salary zones, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead the deployment of maintenance and reliability best practices across multiple manufacturing facilities to improve equipment performance and uptime.
• Coach plant and maintenance teams on Asset Care, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, RCM, TPM, Operational Excellence, and Work Management.
• Reduce reactive maintenance by strengthening planning, scheduling, defect elimination, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability programs.
• Serve as the SAP Plant Maintenance subject matter expert for work orders, preventive maintenance, planning, scheduling, backlog management, shutdowns, turnarounds, and master-data governance.
• Improve SAP PM, SAP EWM, MRO storeroom, and spare-parts processes, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, critical-spare identification, and material master data.
• Conduct maintenance assessments and GEMBA reviews, develop corrective action plans, build organizational capability through training and standardization, and analyze maintenance and reliability KPIs for improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability engineering, maintenance systems, or maintenance leadership within a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Reliability Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, Asset Care, RCM, and TPM/Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, including work management, preventive maintenance, equipment hierarchies, maintenance planning, backlog management, and data governance.
• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and MRO/storeroom operations, including spare-parts optimization, inventory accuracy, critical spares, and material master data.
• Ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams and leaders without direct authority, with strong facilitation, training, communication, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
