Senior Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay range: $86,300–$118,700 per year for full-time equivalent employment; the role itself pays at an hourly rate.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and Talent Acquisition teams to develop sourcing strategies and support specialized, high-volume, and business-critical hiring.
• Proactively identify, attract, engage, and qualify active and passive candidates through outreach, professional networks, referrals, digital platforms, and targeted campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while providing market intelligence, sourcing insights, and qualified candidate recommendations.
• Use Workday, Phenom, HireVue, and other recruiting technologies, along with recruitment data and performance metrics, to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and adapt recruitment priorities, assignments, and solutions to changing business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and recruiting talent for specialized positions or high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and using multiple recruitment channels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruiting technologies.
• Strong consulting, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and committed to collaborative work as an individual contributor and team player.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, operational, or other specialized recruitment initiatives.
• Experience with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development.
• Working knowledge of Workday, Phenom, HireVue, and Datapeople.
• Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or recruitment process improvement projects.

• Part-time to full-time hours are assigned according to business needs; scheduled weekly hours are listed as 1.
• The role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool and has variable working hours based on assigned tasks.

• Work requires a dedicated space protecting member PHI/HIPAA information and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• No regular domestic or international travel is expected, although occasional office travel may be required.
